Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using uefn.sh ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts

2.1. You must authenticate via Discord to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.2. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

2.3. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or share your account credentials.

2.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

3. Content Policies

3.1. "Content" means any scripts, code, descriptions, images, comments, or other material uploaded to the Platform.

3.2. You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant uefn.sh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content on the Platform.

3.3. You must not upload Content that:

  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Is intentionally misleading about its functionality
  • Attempts to circumvent Epic Games' terms of service or anti-cheat systems

3.4. All uploaded scripts are subject to moderation review before publication. We may reject, delist, or remove Content at our sole discretion.

4. Marketplace Rules

4.1. Sellers

  • You must connect a valid Stripe account to sell paid Content.
  • The minimum price for paid scripts is $5.00 USD.
  • uefn.sh retains a 10% platform fee on each sale. The remaining 90% is paid out to sellers via Stripe.
  • You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
  • You represent that you have the right to sell the Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.2. Buyers

  • Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Content for your own UEFN projects.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased Content.
  • All sales are final unless the Content is materially different from its description (see Section 5 — Refunds).

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. uefn.sh does not store your full payment card details.

5.2. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5.3. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the Content is materially different from its description, non-functional, or contains undisclosed malicious code.

5.4. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

6.1. uefn.sh respects intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@uefn.sh including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • URL of the infringing Content on uefn.sh
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

6.2. Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated.

7. Safety Tiers & Disclaimers

7.1. Scripts on uefn.sh are categorized by safety tier (Safe, Standard, Extended, Network) based on automated analysis. These tiers are informational and do not constitute a guarantee of safety.

7.2. You use all Content at your own risk. uefn.sh is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or other harm resulting from downloaded or purchased Content.

7.3. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uefn.sh and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

9.1. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: uploading prohibited Content, abusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

9.3. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Content you have purchased prior to termination remains subject to the license granted at purchase.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Discord (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting & CDN). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. uefn.sh is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
